The process is as follows:

  1. Once you have completed the interview process using an interview guide form 
  2. Confirm successful candidate
  3. 2 x References are completed  Reference Check Form 
  4. Confirmation of Covid-19 Vaccination
  5. Verify right to work in Australia - Verification of Work Rights - Australia & NZ
  6. Line Manager to approve candidate offer and email HR Helpdesk
  7. When requesting a Letter of Offer from HR, please complete the Contract Request Form. Link attached. 

    Contract Request Form - New Employees

  8. HR will respond with Contract of Employment including relevant next onboarding process
  9. Candidate to sign the Contract and return all completed and signed payroll forms for payroll to begin payroll set up in Kronos
